Leave

2/7+2/8

Aimee woke me up at about 4:30.
I reviwed the look of the house. I must miss the time I spent here and the people who live in the house.
By the way, I forgot to give the rest of pineapple cake.= = I was so forgetful!

When I left my bedroom, I saw Stephanie sleeping in the living. She said bye to me.
I was very sad, but I didn't let them know. I just stood by the door, watced outside and teared.
I finally needed to leave. Because of the sad emotion, I didn't talk too much, or I might cry loudly.

On the way to the airport, I teared, too. I saw many familiar stores. That was the last time in this lovely city. I don't want to leave.
When I got off the car, I stopped tearing, because Craig and Aimee were too funny. They walked with me to check in.
My baggage was too heavy, I was nervous. It was lucky that I could chek two pieces of baggage so I took some into my Jansport bag.
After checking in, Craig walked with me to the gate. He treated a cup of chocolate to me. Thank you for the last treat.
Everything was done, Craig gave me a big hug. I began to cry. I have already left the Klimaczak family. My cuffs was wet.

It wasn't better when I entered the plane. I was shedding my tearing when flying. The man next to me was asleep, hope he didn't see me crying.
Finally, I closed the window so that I could stop crying because of the view.
The area of snow was bigger when I flied north.

Arrived at Detroit, I stopped crying. I must be calm or I might get lost. The passageway was very pretty.
It took me 3 hours and 30 minutes to wait for the plane. During the waiting, I shopped in order to spent the remainning US dollar. (but I failed.)
I also had a cup of chicken noddle in the cafe. It was delicious.

When I arrived at the gate, I met a Taiwanese man, he was so kind. He seems to work in the goverment.
The flight from Detroit to Osaka was very long and tiring. I tried not sleeping but I failed.
I also saw "High School Musical3" in Japanese. It was so funny. By the way, It seemed to be able to change language.

It took me about 2 hours to wait for the plane in Osaka.
There were several spot provided computers. I sufted the net on it.
When I checked my email, I found Callie, Meghan, Judy and Agnes sending me a video on facebook. Therefore, I played it, but it was very loudly!! I assumed the volume was mute. It was very embarrasing.

After I arrived at the gate, Ting Ling appeared soon. She is a senior student, she went to Osaka Sacred Heart during the winter vacation. However, all she said was Japanese!
She said that she cried with her Japanese friend in the train station this afternoon. She seemed to shed a lot of tears today, too.
However, once we gathered together, we would char all the time so that we might not be unhappy.

After landing, we went to take our baggage. When all of the baggage was taken; still, I couldn't find my Jansport bag! In fact, it was neglected when it was in Detroit. I will get it tomorrow.

Then, I went to the lobby and see my parents, aunt and uncle. They misse me so much!
When I got home, I had some Taiwanese food. It was very delicious!!!! I missed them so much.

After eating the night snack, I called Aimee to tell her I was home. Before talking to her, I had already teared. I could not talk too much or I would not be able to speak any words.

My mom said that the host family love me dearly. Undounbtedly, it is TRUTH. That is why I still miss them these days.

Now, It's Friday morning. (I always sleep early and get up very early these days.)
A week almost pass.
I cry everyday when I am alone.

I MISS YOU!!

Please write email to me very often!

and, if you find my USB driver, please tell me.
I bought it by myself last summer, so I am a little sad. (fortunately, I have copied most of the files, maybe.)

The picture below is the look. you can click the picture.

The last day in America

2/6
I slept late because we had no school today.Stephanie took me to St. Louis Bread Co. for lunch. We sat outside.
The bread soup was very delicous but I didn't eat the bowl made of bread, it was too hard.

We walked Nesi in the afternoon. I was shocked when I found I was walking on the frozen stream.Walking on the ice is exciting!!!
It was warmer today, the snow was melting so we got muddy easily.

Then we walked on the road. I felt safer. Later, we went to a small park.We destroyed piles of snow. They might be snowmen before.
We met another dog on the way home.

Stephanie showed me how to climb a tree.
Living in the countryside is fun, but I am used to living in city.

After a while, we took Aimee from a school. Then she drove us to another city -- St. Charles.
There is another Sacred Heart school which is the first SH school in America. It was built by St. Duchesne when she came to America.
We visited the shrine first.I also signed my Chinese name on the guest book!

Then we visited the school. I found Mater there. This statue is in the hall. It looked like the one in Villa's hall. Her arms also full of lettersThis portrait is in the library.

This place was where St. Duchesne lived. It was quite and peaceful.
There were St. Duchesne everywhere.

I was happy that I have visited two Sacred Heart schools in the U.S.A.

After visiting, Stephanie and I went to a theater to watch a circus. I forget the name of the circus.= =They are from France and do a lot of crazy stuff. The show was really amazing! I liked the girls playing a swing the most!
It was very dangerous but all members of the circus were safe and the show was successful.

After the show, we went to the outlet!
I bought a lot of things there untill it was closed.
The rocky candy was special and sweeeeeeeeeet. It was made of pure sugar.

We stoped by Ms. Moore on the way home. She wanted me to bring some gifts to the people in my school.
Ms. Moore has two puppies!!! They were so cute!!!
It was the last time I saw Ms. Moore.

Some students assumed that she is serious before(because of some reasons), so they didn't like Ms. Moore at first.
However, I have contacted with Ms. Moore since I knew I would be in St. Louis. So, I know she is a nice teacher when I got her first email!
I love you, Ms. Moore!

We had dinner at the restaurant in the mall. (I forget the name again.= =)
I ordered the same meal as Aimee before I knew what she oredered! This kind of things usually happened!
I chose to have American food for dinner cause it was the last day in America.
The bread, pasta, tea, and cheese cake were very delicious! The last dinner was awesome!

At night, I packed untill one o'clock.
I didn't still feel sad beacause I haven't left.
I know I must be sad then but I didn't behave.

The last day in Villa

2/5
We had mathstrong this morning. I also drew the picture with the girls. The way from Oak Hill to Villa was still cold.

In chemistry class, they use computer to play several game. But I couldn't understand what they were doing.

I wrote some cards yesterday cause today is the last day in Villa. I wanted to thank everyone like Dr. Fagin, Ms. Moore and Stephanie's friends.
Thank you a lot!!! You were so kind to me.

I was surprised in computer science.
I thought the stuff is called Smart Board.
The teacher could use the pen to click the image on the white board. It was very cool.
I want that we could have Smart Board, but our boards are black.
I also took a test but I got zero. haha
They didn't need to change test paper when they finished. They corrected the answer by themselves. We always change paper in Taiwan, and sign by the score in order to make sure we are responsible.

The other exchange students had a concert in Oak Hill after school.
Many students in Oak Hill attend the concert. They were so cute!!
Exactly, they performed very well! I like the concert.
It was the last time I saw the other Taiwanese in the U.S.A. We said "See you in Taiwan." to each other.

After the concert, I got a bag for present.
The card was written by the girl who was next to me.
Thank you!

The swim team needed to practice today, but they were too tired to practice.

Therefore, they didn't chage the swimsuit.
The coach came, they tried talking to her. But she seemed angry.
Stephanie was the first one who was in the water. Aimee said she doesn't want to be in trouble.
Aimee took me to The House of Wong when the practice wasn't done.I thought it was better than Pei Wei. Most important, The clerk can speak Chinese so I could order what I want.
They were very delicious!
The "Wong" actually is my lastname in Chinese. The translation are different.

Stephanie and I went to the mall in the evening. I wanted to buy something for my friends.
The stores in America are closed at about 9 o'clock. In Taiwan, there are 24hr stores everywhere! And the nightmarkets are also crowded at night. We can play late.

I wasn't very sad on the last day in Villa.
However, I miss Villa very much.

Farewell Party

2/4

This morning, I was in Stuco meeting with Stephanie again. I want to join SHGSH's Stuco, too. The election will be held in July. However, that's also the time for other SH students from different countries visiting Taiwan! Before I came to Villa, I have not want to be the host students, but now, I like to be in this summer. I feel confused!

I finally went to Computer Science today. Stephanie always had tests so I didn't join the class with her. The language they are learning is JAVA. It is cool to program! I just know a little about Visual Basic.
Though I didn't know what they were doing, I enjoyed the class.

I like the clock! It has the coordinate of trigonometer!
After Comp Sci, all of Taiwanese students went to Oak Hill for service learning.
We were going to show our culture for fourth graders. I have known some of them due to mathStrong.
At first, the girls who played instruments were performing in the music classroom.
The others were in the art classroom, I was the one of them.
All of us were divided to three groups. One taught calligraphy, one taught paper-cut and Zodiac, the other taught them how to use chopsticks(I was in this group).
All of the kids were very cute!!!!!! They are so smart that they could know how to use chopsticks quickly!
After teaching chopsticks, they asked us some questions curiously. I was glad to answer them cause they were so cute!
Finally, the teacher gathered all of the kids in art class. They still had some question want to ask me. It was lucky that their questions were not too difficult.

Stephanie had PE class in the afternoon, I was suppose to be in art class. However, I have finished painting, so Ms. Blaes let me go bowling with Stephanie K., Stephanie H. and Kelsey.
It was fun!
When we were back to school, Stephanie went to the pool, and I stayed in art classroom for wrapping.

After the swim meet, we had farewell party at Priory.

All of Taiwanese girls wore skirts or dresses. Some even wore the Chinese style dress! They were very beautiful and elegant!!!
I arrived at St. Louis by myself on Jan. 18th. I didn't come to America with them, so they wrote my name. It's funny.
I stuck my name tag when I left.

I thought I might cry in the party, but I didn't haha.
It was a happy party!

Food Bank

This morning, we went to St. Louis Food Bank. They send food to the hungry. It's a charity

It took a short time to Food Bank. The van which girls were in was so small that some people didn't feel comfortable. They were jealous of boys' bigger bus.

There were a lot of boxes full of food. We needed to take them out. Then put different food in another box. Most important, make the box as full as possible. The food included cereals, cans, pasta, cookies, sauce, juice, soda, and so on.We were tired from boxing.
Although it was very tiring, we helped provide 5005 meals for the hungry!
We had pizza for lunch. It was very delicious.

Back to school, we stayed at the library, some were sleeping, some were blogging. All of us were tired.

After school, Stepahanie had to practice swimming so Aimee took me home.
When we got home, I took a nap straight away. haha

We had a pot of tea again, it was Oolong Tea. We prefer Jasmine Tea.

Stephaine is talking to my friend with webcamera now. It is so funny!

They are alive!!!!!!!

I was too sad to update last night.

Yesterday afternoon, we went to "Legally Blonde The Musical."
A lot of people wore pink clothes that day. Stephanie also wore a necklace look like the one in the picture.
The Fox, which the theater we went to, was very beautiful! I felt I was in Thailand.
It was helpful to see the movies before the musical. I almost understood it.
I prefer the movie, but I like the music in the musical. It made me happy during the musical.

After the musical, we went home. Craig was watching SuperBowl. Then he went to the movie with Aimee and I. Stephaine needed to study so she stayed home.
We saw "Hotel for Dogs." The dogs were so cute!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't think about Nesi because she is sillier....
I almost cried at the end cause it touched my heart!
Otherwise, I found my water bottle poured in my bag!!!!!!!!!!
So, my iPod and camera got wet.....

I was so nervous and sad cause I still have a week in America.
And they are my dear stuff. (tear)

Then Aimee and I went to Target to found 3D glasses, but they didn't have.
Therefore, we drove for a long time to another market called KMART. Fortunately, they provide the 3D glasses for FREE!
We need 3D glasses because the 3D TVshow -- Chuck.

Today, I had nothing special. I was a little sad because I didn't know how was my iPod and camera.
We had swim meet after school. I wondered why Michelle and Judy didn't come.

When we got home, I found my iPod and camera still alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so happy~~~~~~
From then on, I became happy waiting for Chuck.

Chuck was really fun! But I didn't feel comfortable with 3D glasses. I watched it without the glasses during the show.
haha, we were waiting for Chuck. Nesi was so cute!!!!
